Functional Medicine Health Coaching focuses on helping clients make lifestyle changes based on the principles of functional medicine, which looks at the root causes of health issues. It’s more personalized, integrating aspects like nutrition, genetics, holistic health, and has a positive psychology approach to promote overall well-being. Other Health/Wellness Coaching tends to be more general, focusing broadly on diet, exercise, and wellness without the deep dive into underlying health conditions.
Does the Kali Clinic offer specialized Functional Medicine Health Coaching?
Yes, we offer Functional Medicine Health Coaching with the special context and understanding of medical conditions such as: Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), Premenstrual Exacerbation (PME), Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS), Endometriosis, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), Nervous System Dysregulation, and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS)
Do I need to have a diagnosed premenstrual/menstrual disorder to work with Nat? What if it's just PMS?
There is no medical diagnosis prerequisite to participating in our services. If you have issues with your menstrual cycle, and you need help with it, or would like to book one of our one-off healing sessions, you are more than welcome to.
Are the services at the Kali Clinic suitable for a religious person?
Absolutely. This is a safe space for everyone, regardless of their religious beliefs. Our services respect religions from across the globe, and as a company, we practice spirituality which is in essence, not affiliated with any specific religion, and honors deities from various cultures and periods of time in the world.
If I'm unsatisfied with my experience, can I expect a full-refund?
The services we offer are non-refundable. As clients agree to the terms of engagement, they understand that their experience is highly dependent on their willingness do sessions with an open mind and open heart.
